Inflation is the EU's harmonised index (HICP), the measure the ECB targets. Statistics Finland's national CPI usually differs by a few tenths, because it includes owner-occupied housing and interest on consumer loans, which HICP leaves out. Finland has no policy rate of its own: the rate shown is the European Central Bank's deposit facility rate, set for the whole euro area.

Unemployment is Eurostat's monthly, seasonally adjusted rate (ILO definition, ages 15 to 74). Finnish news usually quotes Statistics Finland's unadjusted monthly figure, or its trend, so headlines can differ by several tenths. Employment and participation rates are the OECD's quarterly figures for ages 15 to 64.
