Use the Countries button above to pick which countries and metrics you want to follow, and turn on "Email me when something I track is coming up" in that same panel. That's the whole setup, there's nothing else to configure.
Once it's on, a daily check runs against everything you're tracking. If anything is due within the next 7 days, you get one email that morning listing what's coming, the country, the release, and the date, so you don't have to keep this page open to stay on top of it.
